Terms of Use
Effective date: 15 September 2026
Welcome to Bimmatch — a platform that uses AI to match your project's BIM models, documents and requirements together, so nothing slips through the cracks. Please read these Terms of Use carefully, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (together, the "binding documents") — they form a binding agreement between you and the service operator.
Introduction
The Bimmatch platform (the "Service") is operated by Bimmatter Ltd., company number 516001146, of HaNurit 102, Hagor, Israel (the "service operator"). The Service includes the Bimmatch web platform at app.bimmatch.com, the Bimmatch Off-line mobile and tablet app, and the Bimmatch add-ins for Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D and Civil 3D, together with the Autodesk Construction Cloud connector.
By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms of Use and the other binding documents. If you do not agree with them, in whole or in part, you must not use the Service. We may update the binding documents from time to time, so we recommend revisiting them periodically — your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
"Content" in these Terms means any text, visual, audio or file content (including BIM and CAD models, drawings, specifications and other project documents), whether alone or in combination, together with its design, processing and presentation.
About the Service in a nutshell
Bimmatch uses artificial intelligence to connect every element of your project model with the information that governs it — specifications, contracts, standards, schedule and budget — so that gaps, risks and non-compliance surface automatically instead of being found on site. The platform includes:
- AI Chat on your project and organization data, with answers cited back to the source document and page, and to the BIM model element they concern.
- Automated compliance analytics that check modelled elements against your specifications and standards, and surface where design and documentation disagree.
- A materials and CO2e (A1–A3) estimator that extracts project materials, calculates embodied carbon and suggests lower-footprint alternatives.
- Market Construction Products, a catalogue that lets you compare construction products and materials against your project's requirements and contact the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
- Bimmatch Off-line, a mobile and tablet app that puts your project's digital twin on the device so your team can inspect, edit and document elements on site with no signal — everything captured syncs automatically to the live project once the device reconnects.
- Autodesk add-ins for Revit, Plant 3D and Civil 3D, and an Autodesk Construction Cloud connector, so Bimmatch data is available directly inside the tools your team already uses.
The analysis, matches and recommendations produced by the Service are a decision support tool only, and are not a substitute for the professional judgment of the architect, engineer or other qualified professionals working on your project. The service operator is not responsible for direct or indirect damage, including physical or property damage, arising from decisions made in reliance on the Service's output.
The service operator decides, at its sole discretion, what content is displayed in the Service, for how long, and in what form, including removing content from the Service. Using the Service to send or receive information in real time requires an internet connection; any related connection costs are between you and your network provider and are your responsibility — except where you are using Bimmatch Off-line specifically to work without a connection.
Registration for the Service
Using the Service requires registering an account, submitting certain personal details, and agreeing to the binding documents. Registration is only available to users 18 years of age or older, or to younger users with the consent of a parent or legal guardian; the service operator may otherwise block your account.
During registration you will be asked for identifying and contact information such as your full name, email address, phone number, professional role and the organization you work for, and for details of the project you intend to work on using the Service. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, for choosing a strong password, and for all activity on your account, including any failure to keep your access credentials confidential. Please provide only accurate and complete information — incomplete or incorrect information may prevent you from registering, or from being contacted. Information collected at registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy
The service operator respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy form an integral part of these Terms of Use — please read them. Content you upload to the Service, such as project drawings or documents, may contain personal data belonging to your clients or colleagues; you are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and share that information through the Service, and agree to indemnify the service operator against any claim arising from your failure to do so.
Commercial content
The service operator may, at its discretion, display commercial content in the Service, such as sponsor or supplier listings, including within Market Construction Products. The service operator does not write or verify third-party commercial content and is not a party to any transaction concluded between you and a manufacturer or supplier as a result of it. Displaying a product does not commit its manufacturer to any transaction with you.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Service — the platform, its software and any content within it, other than content uploaded by users — belongs to the service operator or to third parties who have licensed it for use in the Service. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The service operator does not claim ownership of content you upload, including your project models and documents. By uploading content you confirm you hold the necessary rights to it and are entitled to use it through the Service. If you are not the rights holder, you confirm you are authorized by the rights holder to submit the content and grant the usage rights described here.
Removal of content
The service operator respects the intellectual property and privacy rights of third parties. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, notify us immediately at [email protected]. Any action the service operator takes in response does not itself constitute an admission that a right has been infringed.
Disclaimer of responsibility
Use of the Service and its content is at your own risk. The service operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, including lost income, arising from your use of the Service — including reliance on its AI-generated analysis, compliance checks or CO2e estimates. Such output is provided as a recommendation only.
The Service and its content are provided "as is." The service operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure, or that content will always be complete or accurate. The Service is not a backup system; keep your own copies of content you upload.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the service operator, its employees and officers against any damage, loss or expense — including legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, content you submit through the Service, or your misuse of the Service.
Changes to the Service
The service operator may change the Service's structure, design, features or availability at any time, and may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, including for maintenance. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of any material discontinuation through the Service.
Changes to the binding documents
The service operator may update these Terms of Use and the other binding documents from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Links to the binding documents always point to their current version, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of it. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the Service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv District, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the binding documents.
Assignment
The service operator may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to a third party. You may not assign, transfer, encumber or grant any rights under these Terms to a third party without the service operator's prior written consent; any purported assignment in breach of this clause is void.
